YoonJu Chung, a graduate of ECU (Emily Carr University of Art + Design, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada), is a visual systems graphic designer based in Seoul, South Korea. She focuses on creating flexible, scalable, and interconnected visual frameworks rather than standalone creative assets, thereby building a cohesive visual language for each project. She specializes in business communication services: corporate identity programs, branding, brochures, books, magazines, catalogues, posters, packaging, environmental design and signs. Her design philosophy has always been that even though design in today’s capricious world seems to indicate plain fun and hard cash, it is still, at its core, messages from one human being to another. She is always in search of meaningful messages to communicate through her designs and like-minded people to collaborate with.
